How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email, contact our customer service. 

How long do pre-ordered items take to ship?

In stock items - ships in 3-5 business days.

Pre-order/Back Stock items - ships in 5-14 business days from Korea.

Pre-order Shoes - ships in 7-21 business days from Japan.

Orders include pre-ordered items will be shipped once all items are ready.

For delayed order shipment, we will notify you by email when an item needs a longer waiting time to be shipped out.

Are out-of-stock items restocked?

If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If no stock is available, it will be removed from the website.

Can I cancel my order?

An order cannot be cancelled once it has been made.

An unpaid order will be cancelled automatically after 2 business days. An email notification will be sent to you once it has been cancelled.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?

In the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please contact our customer service.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

If you were to accidentally receive an item that you did not order, please contact our customer service.

Where can I receive my order?

It can be sent to an address selected by you (Home, Work place or any valid S.F. express self-pick up points)

Please enter a valid S.F. express code and address as shipping address if you wish to pick up from  a S.F. express service point(store/lockers/7-11/circle-k).

We'll ship them out 1-2 business days after they are available in our warehouse. For delayed order shipment, we will notify you by email when an item needs a longer waiting time to be shipped out.

When processing your purchase we will show you the shipping methods available for this order and we will indicate the shipping costs.

Can I track my order?

We will send you your package’s tracking number in a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our warehouse. You can also find a link to the tracking information on your View Orders page.

What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

We offer the following payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Bank transfer, FPS and PayMe.

Why might my credit card be refused?

Your credit card may be refused for any of the following reasons:

The card may have expired. Check that your card is still valid.

You may have reached your credit limit. Contact your bank to check that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.

You may have entered some information incorrectly. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?

Yes, the data is transmitted via SSL encryption. For payments with credit and debit cards, you are required to enter the CVV (Card Verification Value), a code printed on the card that serves as a security measure during electronic commerce transactions.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

How can I make an exchange or return?

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service with details of the product and the defect.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your date received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Can I return/exchange sale items?

Sale items (items with discounted prices before promo code is applied) are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Can I exchange sizes for shoes?

Yes. For shoes, we accept free size exchange once. Please contact us within 7 days upon date received.

Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise undamaged with original tags attached. Item(s) are in original packaging or shoebox in their original condition. Please note that extra time may required for exchange arrangement.

*We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these requirements.

When will I receive the refund for out-of-stock item?

When an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund of the particular item in an order. You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase within approximately 10-14 days, depending on your bank.
