Delivery
1.General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2.Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Hong Kong and Macau. Please contact us if you wish to ship your order outside Hong Kong and Macau. Additional shipping cost may be incurred.
3. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 7 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Sundays.
Pre-order items usually take 5-15 business days to ship. We'll ship them out 1-2 business days after they are available in our warehouse. For delayed order shipment, we will notify you by email when an item needs a longer waiting time to be shipped out.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
4. Delivery Instructions
Sign into your account to check we have the correct delivery address for your order and your contact details are up to date.
Orders can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. - never a PO Box) or to S.F. store or E.F. locker of your choice.
Check to see if you have a delivery card from one of our carriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local sorting office or delivery depot, or you may need to arrange redelivery.
Once your order has been sent, you will receive a despatch confirmation email which will advise your estimated delivery date. If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we're here to help.

Shipping costs are based on the above table. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
